Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

If there is any unexpected delay, we’ll contact you promptly.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, destination, and shipping method.

Because we sell unique and often fragile items, shipping charges may vary significantly between products.

Fragile Items

Many of our items are vintage, delicate, or breakable.

We take extra care in packaging fragile items securely to help ensure they arrive safely.

Oversized Items

Local Pickup Only

These items are not eligible for shipping due to size, fragility, or cost.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • the packaging
  • shipping label
  • damaged item

We’ll work with you to determine the best resolution.

Local Pickup Information

We’re happy to offer free local pickup for eligible purchases.

Pickup is available in:

Fairhope, Alabama area; exact location will be discussed when you contact us to schedule the pickup.

How It Works

  2. You’ll receive pickup instructions after purchase.
  3. We’ll coordinate a pickup time via email.
